At this time, we provide in-home euthanasia and cremation services. Your pet can remain in the comfort of their own home, with loved ones nearby. If you wish, other pets can be present to say goodbye, which can help them adjust to the loss.

A Peaceful Goodbye at Home

Dr. Katie Sum is a dedicated veterinarian operating in the Niagara Region of Ontario, Canada. She graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2019 and has a deep passion for animal care. After working in veterinary clinics across Canada, Dr. Sum decided to open a mobile veterinary practice to minimize stress for pets and their owners. In response to the growing demand for in-home euthanasia services, she has transitioned her practice to focus exclusively on helping pets pass peacefully in the comfort of their own home.

Our Services

  • Familiar Surroundings - Your pet can remain at home among familiar sights, sounds, and smells. This can be especially helpful when pain or mobility issues make travel difficult.

    No Stressful Travel - Avoid the car ride and trip to the clinic.

    Fewer Clinic Stressors - Skip the waiting room, unfamiliar smells, and other animals.

    Privacy - Have a private, comfortable space to say goodbye.

    Loved ones and other pets - Include family, friends, and other pets if you wish.

    No Drive Home Afterward - Grieve in familiar surroundings after the appointment.

  • Private Cremation - Your pet is cremated individually, and their ashes are returned to you in an urn of your choosing.

    Communal Cremation - Your pet is cremated with other pets. The communal ashes are placed at Sandy Ridge Cemetery, which families are welcome to visit year-round.

  • Paw prints and keepsakes are available through the cremation company. If you’re interested, information about their options and pricing can be provided.
